The existing roof covering and connections showed clear signs of wear, leakage, and loose leadwork\u2014problems often encountered in older buildings in inner-city areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project consisted of the complete renewal of the gutters, valley gutters and connection details with high-quality materials, namely <strong>lead and zinc<\/strong>. These materials are ideally suited for waterproof finishing and also offer a long lifespan and a traditional look that perfectly complements the building&#039;s historic architectural style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The work includes, among other things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Removal of outdated and damaged leadwork.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cleaning and preparing the roof surface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replacing zinc gutters and installing new lead connections along the rising facade section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Careful connection to existing roof tiles and bitumen roof parts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check drainage and sealing to prevent future leaks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to our team&#039;s precise execution and attention to detail, the roof is now fully resistant to rain, wind, and other weather conditions.
